I began cultivating my art style back in the late 1990s. Studying artists and their various works, experimenting with different techniques and mediums. My inspiration is pulled from literature, theatre, the world around me and other artists. The collection below is just a small sample of my work.
The animal masks were created for a theatre production of George Orwell’s Animal Farm some years ago. I worked with a wonderful artist, Deborah Bird, who taught me what I know about papier mache mask making.
